Daily log
Every goal, one tap. A note for what you did, a line of reflection and an energy rating at the end of the day. Fill in yesterday if you forgot.

Pick a run of days and the goals you want to keep. Each day, mark every goal done, partly or skipped, and say why. Projects, reminders and progress sit alongside. Start without an account; sign in with Google to sync every device and back up to your Drive.
How it works
Choose how many days and the three to five things you want to do every one of them. Seven days to test the water, thirty to build a habit, ninety to change something.
Each goal gets done, partly, or skipped. No streak-shaming: partly counts as half, and a skip just asks what got in the way.
The ledger fills in as you go. By week two you can see which goals stick, which slide, and which days you run out of energy.
The part other trackers skip
Most habit apps only count wins, so a missed day just breaks the chain. Daybook asks one quick question instead: what got in the way? A month later the answer isn't “I'm lazy”. It's that work ran over six times, and that's something you can plan around.
What's inside
Every goal, one tap. A note for what you did, a line of reflection and an energy rating at the end of the day. Fill in yesterday if you forgot.
For the things that take longer than a day: a phase from idea to live, a percentage, the very next step, a target date, and the days you touched it.
A soft chime at the times you choose, with snooze and a shortcut straight to today's log. Install it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.
What you kept, your streak, clean days, energy over time and a goal-by-goal grid. Honest numbers: partly counts as half.
Every device
Daybook installs like an app on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and ChromeOS: its own icon, its own window, works offline. Sign in with Google on each one and every tick shows up everywhere.
In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar or ⋮ → Install Daybook. On iPhone and iPad use Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen.
